S.C. MPo Wood S.R.L. was created in 2002 and it currently produces windows and doors made of triple stratified wood, thermo insulating wooden panes/walls for wooden  houses, lamellar girders.
Our company is searching for associates in order to capitalize our activity and expand on a new market. Estimated strategic investment: 700.000 – 1.200.000 Euro.
The factory is located in Frasin, the county of Suceava, with close access to E185. The site consists of two fully equipped buildings with a total surface of 1500 sqm, loading platforms with a surface of 10.000 sqm, and storage facilities of 400 sqm.
The entire equipment was made and purchased in 2002.
Machinery: numerical center for windows profiling, horizontal press machines, dryers 2 x 80 cubic meters(NARDI), painting facility, mounting and binding facility, all the machinery needed for the manufacture of wooden elements, lifting and moving machinery, means of transport.
Facilities: Central heating plant of 1Gcal on sawdust with automating loading; 400 KVA electric generator; private water source; general exhaust system.
The factory has all the necessary licenses including the environmental protection license.
MPo Wood has clients from Romania, France, Germany, Italy.
The monthly production capacity for one shift is as follows:
- up to 400 sqm of doors and windows made of stratified wood and thermo insulating glass;
- up to 30 cubic meters of stratified girders;
- up to 350 sqm of thermo insulating house panes;
- up to 30 cubic meters of other wooden elements.
The staff consists of 65 people (engineers, supervisors and specialized workers).
Fiscal facilities: profit tax exempt until 2010.
There is the possibility of expanding the production site to a 800 sqm building with all necessary facilities.
